買い切り。誠実な、ベストエフォートの見守り — 保証はありません。
  • 買い切り：本アプリは買い切り（非消耗型）です。購入により、お客様個人への譲渡不可の使用許諾を付与します。月額・年額の課金はありません。
  • 無料トライアル：初回起動から7日間、全機能を無料でお試しいただけます（端末内で計測）。試用期間後は、買い切り購入で機能が解放されます。
  • 免責（重要）：本アプリは Bluetooth 接続にもとづく「能動的・ベストエフォートの見守り」です。常時バックグラウンドでの即時警報や、紛失・盗難の防止を保証するものではありません。唯一の対策として依存せず、ご自身の責任でご利用ください。デバイスの紛失・盗難・損害について当方は責任を負いません。
  • 警報を止める設定：静かな時間帯、手動の一時停止、iPhone や Apple Watch の充電中の休止など、お客様が設定した条件のもとでは、iPhone と離れても警報しません。これは不具合ではなく意図した動作です。設定内容はお客様ご自身でご確認ください。
  • 購入・返金：購入および返金は Apple（App Store）が処理し、返金は Apple のポリシーに従います。
  • 契約関係：本規約はお客様と GLSPACE 株式会社の間の契約であり、Apple は当事者ではありません。Apple は第三者受益者として本規約を行使できます。
  • 標準EULA：本アプリには Apple の標準「Licensed Application End User License Agreement」も適用されます。

A one-time purchase. An honest, best-effort guard — no guarantees.
  • One-time purchase: The App is a one-time (non-consumable) purchase granting you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. There are no monthly or yearly fees.
  • Free trial: All features are free for 7 days from first launch (timed on your device). After the trial, the one-time purchase unlocks the features.
  • Disclaimer (important): The App is an active, best-effort guard based on a Bluetooth connection. It does NOT guarantee an instant alarm while always running in the background, nor the prevention of loss or theft. Do not rely on it as your sole safeguard; use it at your own risk. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged device.
  • Settings that hold back alerts: under conditions you configure — quiet hours, a manual pause, or the pause while your iPhone or Apple Watch is charging — no alert is raised when you leave your iPhone behind. This is intended behaviour, not a fault. Please check your own settings.
  • Purchases & refunds: Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple (App Store); refunds follow Apple's policy.
  • Parties: This agreement is between you and GLSPACE Co., Ltd.; Apple is not a party. Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce this agreement.
  • Standard EULA: Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the App.

  • 买断制：本应用为买断制（非消耗型），购买后授予你个人、不可转让的使用许可。没有月费或年费。
  • 免费试用：自首次启动起 7 天内全部功能免费试用（在设备本地计时）。试用结束后，买断购买即可解锁功能。
  • 免责（重要）：本应用是基于蓝牙连接的「主动、尽力而为的守护」，并不保证始终在后台即时报警，也不保证防止遗失或失窃。请勿将其作为唯一防护手段，使用风险自负。对于设备的遗失、被盗或损坏，我们不承担责任。
  • 会抑制报警的设置：在你自己设定的条件下（静音时段、手动暂停、iPhone 或 Apple Watch 充电中暂停），即使与 iPhone 分开也不会报警。这是预期行为而非故障，请自行确认设置内容。
  • 购买与退款：购买与退款由 Apple（App Store）处理，退款遵循 Apple 的政策。
  • 缔约方：本条款是你与 GLSPACE 株式会社之间的协议，Apple 不是缔约方。Apple 作为第三方受益人，有权执行本条款。
  • 标准 EULA：本应用同时适用 Apple 标准《许可应用最终用户许可协议》。

  • 會抑制警報的設定：在你自己設定的條件下（靜音時段、手動暫停、iPhone 或 Apple Watch 充電中暫停），即使與 iPhone 分開也不會警報。這是預期行為而非故障，請自行確認設定內容。
